1. Facebook's Oversight Board issued a scathing criticism of the company. The board upheld the platform's suspension of Donald Trump but asked Facebook to review the decision, saying Facebook "seeks to avoid its responsibilities" by asking the board to resolve the case. 2. Two attorneys in Bill and Melinda Gates' divorce also worked on Jeff Bezos' split in 2019. The divorce settlement could be one of the largest ever with Bill Gates' net worth at an estimated $146 billion. Details on the couple's representation.

6. Peloton is recalling all of its treadmills after reports of injuries and a death. This is the company's second recall since October. The news comes shortly after a report revealed Peloton fixed a bug that exposed users' data and account information.
7. Walmart is expected to host a competing sale during Amazon Prime Day this summer. Though the date hasn't been announced yet, Walmart has always responded to Amazon's mega-sale with one of equal merit. Your questions, answered.
8. Basecamp's CEO said writing a post banning politics at work "blew things up" among employees. About a third of the company's employees resigned last week after cofounders Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson made sweeping changes to the company's workplace policies. More on the fallout here.
